[Silent Fart]

How do you put a lanyard on a sig 225? I've noticed the seals using them on there 226's but don't know how they put them on. Both the 225 & 226 don't have the loop at the bottom of the grip. Thanks.

Hi Silent-1;

The bottom rear of the SIG grips have a pin and slot affair, take a split ring(use the heaviest that will fit)from a fishing tackle store and put it on the pin. The take the nylon loop from the lanyard and loop it through the split ring. If worried about noise tape the split ring. Or remove grips and put the nylon lanyard ring over the pin and put grips on as normal, the down side is you have to loosen grips to get lanyard off but is silent.
