Does the newest 5.56mm JHP ammo have any ability to penetrate body armor?

You guys using hollow point ammo now? Thought you were limited to ball....

As far as specs go chrono the round and learn the specs on the armor. You can then compute the answer.

HPs, SPs all are legal for use against non gov't forces..terrorists. Only legal Armed Forces of a Legal Country are afforded the right to be perforated with ball ammo 8)
