what do the BTDTs here think of Bates Enforcers?

While I cannot comment directly on the enforcer model, I do have a cupple of pairs of the 924 steel toe's. These are the ones issued at BUD/S exept mine have the steel toe. I have a pair that I keep polished and wair for work with dress clothes. I also have a pair for running and another for just messing around. The latter two are one years & two years old respectively! My running pair show only light tread wear while the other show only moderate wear.

All are still veary comfortable, feeling more like a pair of NIKE AirMax than boots.

If the inforcers soles are made the same way as the 924's then I think you'll be vary happy with your choise!!!

Beware about ordering Enforcers online. They seem to be about a size bigger than what you order. i.e. if you wear 11s you'll prob. need a 10. That and they are heavy and have alot of unnecessary designs and crap on the sole which only pick up dirt that it is hard to get out. I'd give mine away but I lost one....no big loss.

You may know something that I don't. I guess I should have stated not to qoute me on that. I'm just going by whats advertised on Stew's web sight www.getfitnow.com (http://www.getfitnow.com) .
