Best bergen/ruck for snow/mountian country

Anyone care to give an opinion as to the best pack going for military operations in mountian country?

there's a lot of factors here, can you clue usin a bit as to what some of the parameters are? what do you have/use now, what size, what gear will you be wearing under it, etc.?

the easy answer: whatever is free/issue/cheap (you get what you pay for) holds what you need it too and is comfy.
