Ranger Body Armour M-4 mag holder

I saw an M-4 mag holder that fits(Velcro's)into the straps of the Ranger Body Armour system. It had a Eagle Industries Tag on it but cant find it. It holds 4 mags from falling.....Little help anyone

By RBA do you mean the new SPEAR armor with the PALS webbing (1 inch bars, 1 inch apart from each other) or the actual RBA with the Large velcro straps around the sides that look almost like a cumberbund?

I seen 'em at benning surplus about six months ago, but I really didn't see any reason to use them. Better off with modular chest webbing so when not in body armor you can use the same rig.
