I speak Norwegian, English, German, Russian, some French and Greek. Is this good enough for an education within military?

Yes, the languages you listed are more than adequate for the majority of European based Peace Support operations. Anything outside this theatre would be assisted with a basic rudimentary knowledge of Spanish and Cantonese/ Chinese. The best rule of thumb besides handson experience through interpersonal exchange would be to get some phrase book to start of your tongue twisting exercises. Sometimes, frequent practice on your own for kicks puts some essential keywords/phrases into one's head that you could mix with other languages, e.g. in Spanglish or Franglais sort of minestrone that gets your message or point across to the other party. If centering in the Middle East, classic Arabic or Farsi/ Persian could also help but the right-to-left script like Hebrew may deter us Latin roman script chaps.
