As part of the Army Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement, the Army is now eligible to take advantage of Microsoft's Home Use Program (HUP).
Go to the AKO homepage and you should find a link. I just Ordered OfficeMac 2004 for $20.00. A Steal.

The products available are Microsoft Office, FrontPage, OneNote, Project and Visio for home use.
If you followed the instructions down below and received the eligibility email, you are eligible.
Some soldiers are experiencing issues once they reach the website; this is due to overwhelming response.
If you do not succeed the first time, try again at a later time.

A number of products from Microsoft including Office are now available to ALL Army Military Members FREE (minus the shipping costs) through the Army Microsoft Home Use Program.
Fulltime unit members are asked to disseminate this information to your soldiers.
Eligibility includes Army Active, Reserve, Guard, and Civilians (contractors are exempt).
