I know two guys who have worked for them, one worked for them in 2004 and was based out of Kuwait. He said that it was a foot in the door but was not impressed overall with the way they conducted business. More recently, the other guy has just resigned from working for them in Baghdad for a little less a month. The report was the same, he also mentioned that they are using soft-skin vehicles, another factor in his resignation. He was also not impressed with the standards of the LN's he had to work with. I'll e-mail him for more details.

Mix and match of hard and soft vehicles, hard for clients and Teams used soft and uparmored.
Contracts seem to come and go.

True, but with what they are paying (I know some will disagree) it sure ain't worth the risk....
(This was discussed in another thread: http://www.socnetcentral.com/vb/showthread.php?t=66671)
They are paying their guys 180 Pounds Sterling (on xe.com today = $353.86US) per day. No per diem and no paid leave with 9 week on, 3 off rotations. The contract my buddy was working on was running convoys with 1 Ex-Pat and three Hajj per vehicle (as stated earlier some being soft-skins) and old AK's supplied by the company. He also mentioned that they were catered for but that there is never enough food provided by the company for the guys, so most guys were forced to buy their own food. Fair enough, IF you are given per-diem for this. $350 per day would be acceptable IF I was working with quality people, hard-cars, decent weapons and equipment, accomodation and decent food, for what Securiforce is offering it's not.....IMHO
