Its the whole thing really, the equipment, the pay scale, the secret calls, the cowboy attitude, pumping water and diesel out to a platform, multiple habitats on the pipelines, ect. also no one was diving on any rigs for Rita whether they wanted to be or not, it was a mandatory evacuation.

Good grief........he makes it sound like it's the North Sea....in the 60's & 70's :rolleyes: I was under the impression that was the SuperBowl of commercial Diving.

Thanks rmediver2002. It did sound like some of the stuff that I heard from some "contract killers" over here. Anybody on that site going to Call his BS?

Sorry lads but thats the diving world in what...a few paragraphs? Not everyone can do the shit.

JL...thats a good one. I think maybe I or a friend of mine even knows the guys he is talking about...you know...back in the day...
