Devils Guard

Has anyone heard of a book called the Devils Guard? It's about escaped members of the Waffen SS and Wermanht who joined the french foreign legion and and fought in Indo-China. Any help on grabbing another copy would be great, it's out of print unfortunately.

Yes. Excellent book if you can find a copy. It's out of print, so you may have to borrow it from someone.

There is another book about the Waffen SS called "The Black March" (forgotten the author) which I highly recommend. Two similar points of view...

Along a similar line, I'm looking for a book
titled SS General, by Sven Hassel. It's about an SS Gen. who took 900 or so troops
and broke out of Stalingrad. Any help?

I`ve got the SS-general in swedish, it`s pretty easy to find here, don`t know where to get it in english though...I think Sven Hassel has written nine more books about the same characters as in the SS-general.
