Has anyone heard of The New Legions by Donald Duncan?

Accurate? Any good? I seem to remember hearing some negative comments about Duncan.

Extremely critical of the US's efforts in Vietnam, significantly it came out in about 1967, while the war was still very much on. Duncan was a Special Forces Master Sgt, IIRC served in the early days of Project Delta (B-52). As for accuracy- well I would rather ask someone like JY or Old SFer.
