Hey guys I'm from the navy side (special boat teams) and discharged about a year and a half ago and have been contemplating on re-enlisting AF and trying out for CCT. I contacted the local recruiter and he said apparently the AF is not accepting prior service members at this time. He wasn't very up to date with the spec ops side so just trying to confirm with people from the community.
Another question, after going throughthe pipeline up to AST do certain people get picked up to go or does everyone get a shot at AST? Are CCT's going through indoc with PJ's still? Been getting different info from different web sites. Sorry for the long thread but I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks. (by the way I've looked at almost every website I could find on the web on special tactics teams and these are just the questions that came up after)
