I picked up Kevin Millers book Special Forces. Its a big coffee table deal, but its got some pretty good info and pictures. On the plus side it includes all the Corps specop capable units and gives Charlie props with Delta. Down side- It gives st6 history from mob six to group 2 with no mention of DICK. Has any body else read this? any opinions>?

DR: depends on what you are looking for...Miller's book is OK...good generalized back ground info and nice color photos (some a bit dated)...this book is actually an update to an early book (not sure if he authored that one or not)...I believe it was released in the 80's...obviously it doesn't cover everything....I like Sam Katz's book "The Illustrated Guide to the World's Counter-Terrorist Forces" better..it too does not cover all Special Ops units...and was pulished before Millers book (1995 Vs 1999)but I feel Katz covered more units and the photos used are of better qualit

DR, although not filled with nice color shots, the book "Secret Soldiers, Special Forces in the War Against Terrorism" by Peter Harclerode is out and available through Amazon.com....another book that covers more of the CT side of the Spec Ops side of the house it has some good background info in it...and as large as it is you can use it as a door stop if you don't like the contents
