What Type of Mag. Belt Is This?

Can someone tell me what type of magazine belt/setup this is?

Is it simply mag pouches on a duty belt? Sorry the pic is so crappy.

The instructors at SOT-D ragged me about how low my 6004 was during flat range week. It took me a few days, but I finally got it high enough to meet their standards :)

Crappy pic indeed but it looks to me like a Blackhawk (or similar brand) retention mag setup in Coyote (tan, why can't they just f'ing say TAN? Desert even?). I have one that I stole (among everything else) from Guy and currently use in my IDPA matches. They have clips in the bottom to cinch your mags, and a top strap you can velcro down to the side/velcro over the top of the mag if desired.

It hooks up nicely to the BHI rigger's belt I stole from Guy too (which could be what that fellow in the pic is wearing)! :D

Since pic is kinda crappy... I can make another hypothesis and never be proven wrong:D :D

Could also be Dillon DH45SPS double stack mag holder, with four singles strung together...

Thats not a pic, its a still from a certain vid that got leaked.

From watching the vid it looked a little dated, and IMHO there is better (kydex) stuff out there, which "they" may or may not have already switched to, I dunno, but it works for me, so who cares:)
