Can anyone identify this hook?

Can anyone identify this quick release hook? I have seen them before but have not found where to buy them. I saw it on Emdom USA, Inc (http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/servlet/emdomusa/Detail?no=37), but it wasn't for sale. If possible I would like to find somewhere to buy them in bulk. Thanks for any help.

It's called a Snap Shackle. You can find them at just about any marine store/website that deals with sailboats in all sorts of sizes. Blue Force Gear also has them for mil stuff.
