I heard about this about a year ago in one of my religion classes, it was either the same instance, or another very similar one.

Haha, I am sure he did that for regulation reasons... when they do not show up (I am sure they will not) then he can put that down on record and move along with the case. Just another example of how dumb loopholes work.

This judge obviously did not learn the Ghost Busters lesson about telling gods what to do.

What would happen if a monkey showed up in the court room? :p
Would they say it was the God "Hanuman' in effigy? :rolleyes:
How woud they swear in the monkey? would the monkey get custody of the property?:D
