Escapees possibly captured in CO

Supposedly three of them may have been captured in CO and the SO there says that if these guys are indeed the escapees that they have the location of the other four. Three in custody right now and they have surrounded a trailer or RV of some type in an RV park in CO. All of this is unconfirmed so far.

Heard this morning 04:45, they had the last two remaining scum bags cornered at the local sqeeze me in in Colorado Springs, and were currently killing some time by negotiating with them. That would be great. I would have just a few additions for the legislators....

1. PUBLIC STUPIDITY - Person commits an offense they are observed in a public place participating in, displaying, or exhibiting signs, symptoms or behaviors that would cause any Peace Officer to exlaim "What a F#@king Idiot".
- First offense is punishable by having to wear a sign that says "I'm Stupid" for no longer than 24hrs, but no less than 2hrs.
- Second offense is punishable by a having to wear a sign that says "I'm Stupid" for no longer than 24hrs, but no less than 2hrs, and a fine no more than 1,000.00, but no less than 10.00.
- Third offense is punishable confinement to ANY FACILITY DEAMED APPROPRIATE by the Peace Officer, who witnessed the offense. (No need in filling the jails with these criminals) Except as subscribed in subsection 1A of this code.
1A - If a person is found committing this offense during the commission of any other offense it shall be pushable by doubling the sentence of the greater offense.

Gentleman and ladies if you only knew. i've got guys that were sleeping in cars on the street, and now they get better medical care than I due.

These clowns are some of the biggest cry babies I've ever seen in my life. They want everything yesterday, and you better drop what you are doing to get it for them.

I had a new intake come in last Tuesday (its his second time in prison). By Saturday he had pissed off most of us.

He stated he need a pillow for his bed and my partnet told him he would grab one when he got the chance. About a half an hour later he comes back asking for his pillow and is informed that he has to wait a few more minutes. His reply "look man, I'm not going to ask you for my damned pillow again, you better get it before I start busting some shit up".

I do so love working with the public.

Well, the one that came to mind while writing the proposed new legislation falls under subparagraph 1A.

The unit I was working with at the time had been put on a special assignment that required travel to the target location in an unmarked city van. Take into consideration the driver is in a standard uniform, windows down, talking to people at the stop light in this neighborhood, yadda yadda yadda. When out from no where he notices one of our local crack dealers standing on the corner. Little Johnny Shit head acknowledges the guy driving by letting him know he thinks he is number one(shooting him the finger). Exercising descretion we decide to press on, until the light turns green and Johnny Shit head steps off the curb and stands in front of the van continuing to display his affection for the officer driving the van, not knowing their are five more of us in the back. Johnny Shit head is now just standing in the street cursing, when we decide enough is enough and all pile out of the back. It would have ended with a simple prayer meeting, a ticket, something easy, but no........he has to be stupid. Johnny Shithead reaches in his pocket, which of course draws all of our attention and pulls out an eight ball of crack.....DDDDDDDDOOOOOOOOOOOO. Then he tries to swallow it, which was as unsuccessfull as his attempt to resist arrest. Johnny was booked for Poss. Cocaine, Resisting Arrest, and since we were already there we just added Impeading Traffic for general purposes, which got a big hoot from the Judge. Now if that did not make you say "What a F&%$king Idiot" you need to read it again.

I got a couple they aren't that funny but they are entertaing.

I pick up Jose (that is his first name)from the U.S.M.S. Jose had been convicted on state charges of being the Illegal Alien, drug dealing piece of shit that He is and served time for it. When He was done He was turned over for his hearning on the federal charges same thing different case. well the U.S. Attorney dropped the charges (reason unknown.) so He was then turned over to US the local INS office to Deport His short Fat Ass. and He was, right back to Mexico.

About two months later I get a call from the local Border Patrol station, guess who was locked up for domestic battery and held with out bond, Jose. His girl friend called the Border Patrol when he was arrested by the PD.

In his bag that He had with Him at the time of his arrest (almost two months ago 10 days after I deported him) was His copy of the Deportation Order signed by My parenter witnessed by me. With of course his signature and fingerprint on it. I ran right over to the jail get him again. I couldn't Help but to laugh. He got three years for felony re-entry after Deportation He didn't serve that much and sent back to Mexico again.

Had a Jamacian guy try to sneek in to the U.S. using someone else's passport. To His surprise He was grabed as soon as He got off the plane. The guy who's passport He was using had an outstanding Felony Warrant. He Paid the Guy over $1,000 for the passport.
