By a vote of 6-5 by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decided that Agent Lon Horiuchi is not protected from prosecution by his Federal Agent status. Horiuchi is being charged with Manslaughter for the death of Vicki Weaver during the Ruby Ridge deal in 92.
Boy this doesnt seem right. Her being shot was an accident that occured during a tense situation. Randy Weaver is not my favorite guy to say the least. He recieved 3.1 million civil suit for holding Agents off for eight days. And to top it all off Marshal Micheal Degan was shot and killed. What did his family get?
It just sucks.
