View Full Version : Okay, who are you? Speak up!
I know it was one of you....
HAHA - just kidding, thought this was interesting though. Too bad the dumbasses just didn't take the cash, deliver the coke to the cops, and disappear!

"simulated drowning through repeated submerging of victims' heads in water for extended periods of time,"
I've never heard "shoving their head in the toilet" put so eloquently before. LMAO
If it wasn't for them reselling the coke on the streets of NYC, I wouldn't have seen a problem with this, other than the bad rep it would give the cops in the local AO. Which is pretty bad, too.

It sure beats working in Corp. America for a living.....who could match that pay! Never mind the time off policy!
Anyone want to start a gang? (I kid I kid, I neither condone or support this kind of outrageous and illegal behavior....:D)

Didn't some Ranger Bat kids get into some trouble with a scenario similar to this not long ago?

If it was one of us, we would not have be caught!
Operational errors -- or "Lessons Learned" -- not that anyone would have any use for these;): Leaving witnesses -- not very bright unless the idea was to hit the same targets on multiple occasions -- which is DUMB. Selling the dope -- DUMB -- it also sets them up to the same type of operation against them. Greed. There should be a clearly-defined economic goal going into the business and an ability to walk away from it once that goal is met. If anything, don't continue to conduct ops in the same AO, move to a different locale. There should be a time limit on each op. If the money is not obtained within this time limit, then the op should be terminated, the loss accepted, and walk away. Better luck next time.I've never thought about this before....:D

I find it funny when a drug dealer has his testicles fondled with a pair of pliers.:D
I find it even funnier when he is referred to as a victim.:D

I'd like to know how they tracked/selected their targets.
I'd like to know how they tracked/selected their targets. The defendants, all from the Dominican Republic....I would be willing to bet that they were previously involved in the dealing business themselves -- so they knew who to start with....

I pretty much assumed that, plus the article mentioned they were Dominican. Not that I'd ever profile...
I was thinking about the wide dispersion geographically, and the size of what they were getting. I bet they either were linked to the distributors, or had access to them. I'd be really curious to learn the details.
....I'd be really curious to learn the details.Ditto -- but ONLY for the purposes of watercooler gossip....:D:cool:

Or a "swirly".
More effective if there is "something extra" in the toilet. :D

We had something similar in JAX FL a few years ago except that the prep didn't take the dope- just their money and donated it to a lcal charity.
He had been dimed out by some other dealers and spent some time at Little River across from Raiford State Pen. He got out and was pissed so he staked out the other dealers and waited in ambush; they work in pairs and would light a 'warming fire' during the winter while waiting for their next 'customer'.
Our intrepid hero waited until their backs were turned and got the drop on them; then he zipp tied them up left the dope and a charity in JAX would get a 'sizeable' anonymous donation.
he got caught after the DCSO used marked bills to do some buys to try to catch him; he stopped to pay for a money order for his daughter's child support. The bill was detected and he was arrested. Now there is a 'vigilantee robbery' law on the books...
My name is Jose. I like long walks off short piers....
