First and foermost, thank you for having me on this site.
Now, as a lurker, I've seen the information that has been spoon-fed to curious on-lookers. I may have over-looked info. regarding the future of intial entry soldiers who wish to join the Psyop community. If I have, I apologize, and I'll take my helpful heap of scorn. But, as it stands, I have talked to recruiters, career conselors on other forums, and I have even contacted recruiters in Psyop down at Bragg. Nobody seems to have a definitive answer. But they all know that A.I.T. is alive and well. So my question is this: Is it still possible to request 37f as an entry-level job, or is it one of those "Abandon all hope ye who enter" type of deal? As usual, thank you all who read this.

Yeah you can get that MOS for initial entry.

It's a small community, although growing, and difficult to get. You must take the DLAB and do well, you must be able to get a secret clearance. Even for prior service it's a difficult active duty MOS to get, I have pretty much given up on it and am trying to go the reserve route at this point.

Go down to the recruitment office and tell them you want 37F.

If your brain is big enough (40 lb. current minimum, I understand) they will get it for you. You may even qualify for a bonus, but you won't find that out hanging around here.

Good luck.
