Tactical uniform with boots wearing 35 pound flak vest - run 100 yards to 5 foot wall, over wall, run 10 feet to a 15 foot culvert, crawl through culvert, out of culvert to 15 foot monkey bars, must touch first and last bar, off of bars to 8 foot chain link fence, over fence, then through a mock window, come out under window then to 6 foot wall, over wall to a 200 lb dummy drag, drag dummy for 15 feet, get to 15 foot line then run 1/4 mile in sand and gravel, return from 1/4 mile run and do the whole thing over again, except after dummy drag go over to 30 foot balance wall walk (walk on top of a balance beam for 30 feet), when your feet hit the ground your' time stops. You must complete this in under 6:45 (that's minutes and seconds fellas). Tryouts get a ten minute break and then must climb a 75 foot ladder to the rapel tower touch the top, come back down and climb it again, then rapel down.

For guys testing to get on the team the test is..number of pushups in a minute (max 60), situps in a minute (max 60), pullups (no time limit), 440 run and Obstacle course. All are on a point system with the minimum in each, you won't pass. Once on the team we do the O course two times a year.
