New upgrade for the SWAT guys

I have one of the PASGT Kevlar Helmets and did a little modification to it.
To add another level of ballistic protection I added a threat level IIIA 5"x7" kevlar panel to the front of the helmet.

I snugly fit it under the helmet cover and it's a nice fit. Looks pretty cool too.

Not much of a noticable weight increase either.
