I officially now have my MBA's -- I was "hooded" yesterday at graduation!

I just wanted to say a word of thanks to all of you on this board whom over the last two years have been a valued source of information for research paper after research paper. Your input greatly aided in my success. :D

ummm, no. Maybe it was the Baptist school thing. :p

Funny note, though, we had Richard Reeves (his wife Jill Reeves is a politician in England, they are both from there and both were close to Lord Blaire) as our commencement speaker. He talked about integrity in business people, etc. and his close story was this (remember, this is a very devout Baptist university):

An older gentleman propositioned a very young and beautiful college girl, "will you sleep with me if I give you $10,000?" The girl thought and thought...knowing she could really use the money as a poor college student she said, "Ok, yes." The older man then said, "Will you sleep with me if I give you $100?" The girl was extremely offended, "What kind of girl do you think I am?!?!". The man responded, "Honey we've already determined that, we're just negotiating terms!"

The most valuable lesson I learned in Grad School was that I will never pursue a PHd. or any other college degree ever. I got a library card and a membership at Barnes and Noble. F#$k all those pompous academics!:D
