For any Desert Shield / Desert Storm vets who had Pennsylvania as a home of record or reservists or NG that served and lived in PA, the state is giving you (us) a one time payment of $75.00 for each month served during this conflict, up to $575.00. POW's and KIA's get a flat $5,000.00. Surviving relatives may file as well. Here is the link. The key to success is having documentation proving the dates that you listed on the application of when you were in country.
