Does anyone here know much about them? as to how to get into them and stuff like that

There isn't a specific CSAR unit. It is a secondary capability given to commando's in particular, although I think ADG's also do it.

The CSAR is to be the responsibility of the RAAF ground defence force, one flight is to be specifically trained in the role.

At the moment it appears that the flight will be one of the rifle flights of 2AD Sqn. Personnel to be para qual and have a certain degree of medical and physical retrieval training. This training will be nowhere to the same level as the USAF PJs. There neither the funding nor the quality of personel available to do such.
