Mods, I am unsure where to post this. Humor might be more appropriate.

This company, Blacktactical Corp. USA, is based in Houston. They are offering "tactical training" to anyone who wants it. Aside from posing with an airsoft rifle, the "Lead Instructor" claims he is a Petty Officer with previous assignments that include, 2nd Recon Battalion and Seal Team 2. His current duty is the "Navy’s Special Warfare/Special Operations Coordinator for TX and LA".

The "CEO" is a Police Academy flunkie with what appears to be basic infantry training in the Army (as best).

Here are the links:

REF: Second link posted.

....In the academy, Ceo excelled and received several awards and held the position of Class Vice President. The awards included an Academic Excellence award along with the Top Gun, and Top Driver award.....

Wow, if that's the best he can post about in his Bio, It doesn't suprise me he doesn't have guys beating the door down for training slots.

Just when I thought..."ain't a person nowadays, can come out with some shit that would phase me."Fulfilling his thirst for gaining the ultimate in tactical training, Ceo joined the Army as an Infantryman. There, he received the best training the Army had to offer. Upon his return to civilian life, Ceo founded BlackTactical Corp. USA in an effort to help others gain the ultimate in tactical training.
This is sad!

He's the messiah!I looked at his employment section...

Positions available:

Agents- Your job will be to devise spoofs, utilize disguises and execute pretexts in order to gain Intel on fugitives. You never ever blow your cover and you never actually arrest anyone. This position requires heavy computer work. You collect Intel data only. (Espionage training required)

Operators- Your job is to receive Intel data from agents on your team. You will then devise an operation and execute it in order to place fugitives under arrest. You are boots on the ground and all other divisions are support for your position. (BlackOps training required)

Not everyone that enters this program will make it to the end of training. We only keep the most motivated individuals because your pay depends on the success of the team.Sounds like an audition for a Mission Impossible sequel...

"Way too hot & humid in Texas to be going thru this type of training...I could ask if he would sponsor a round trip ticket from here?"

Instructor Lovitt has been a member of the Naval Special Warfare community since 1993. Originally assigned as Navy Search and Rescue, Petty Officer Lovitt was then assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit, Second Recon Battalion where he was sent through Recon training and became a combat diver. After his tour there, he then became attached to various units of Naval Special Warfare community in which he gained further training and qualifications in the area of special warfare. After numerous operations overseas, Petty Officer Lovitt was then sent to Law Enforcement Training. Upon completion, He was then sent to the NY/NJ area to be an Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Officer. During that time He received further training in Surveillance, Investigations, Counter Terrorism, and related industry functions. Upon successful completion of that tour He then transferred to Corpus Christi TX in order to continue His role in the fight against Terrorism as the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Petty Officer and Trainer for the Navy’s Mine Countermeasure Community. Finally He moved to Houston TX to assume his current duty as the Navy’s Special Warfare/Special Operations Coordinator for TX and LA. Here he selects, qualifies, and tests potential NSW/NSO candidates for SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Diver and AIRR. He is also responsible for 66,000 square miles of TX/LA and over 273 trainees. His knowledge and skill is extensive.

Wow!! A lot of big claims there...

Fellas,

FWIW, I spent the winter in Houston and the citizens there are terrified. The growing Muslim population, increase in crime from New Orleans expats and the skyrocketing illegal immigrant population has these folks arming themsleves to the teeth. One of my clients asked me to help a neighbor, who bought an M4, with all the regelea and .40 cal berettas for he AND his wife. No idea how to use them. My point in all of this is that this doesnt surprise me, just another example of the stupid trying to prey on the weak. We need to bombard these dicks with training requests and bust them out.

The Lead Instructor has updated his page to the following as well as added a new photo:

Instructor Lovitt has been a member of the US Navy since 1993. Instructor Lovitt has had training in Navy Law Enforcement and Special Tactics from some of our nations finest elite. During his career he has run the spectrum from Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection to Amphibious Operations. His specialties include Surveillance, Investigations, Counter Terrorism, and related industry functions. He now enjoys the duties of seeing to the training of our countries next generation of warriors as they grow and train and prepare themselves for lives in the Special Warfare/Special Operations world. At Black Tactical he will take that training given to him by the best military specialists in the world to ensure that the next generation of Counter Fugitive Specialists go on to be successful in the fight to bring Fugitives to Justice.

here is a few emails from him, he sent me his eval as well. seems he does work for the navy in recruiting nswc candidates, here is his reply to me. apparently he works with danny carrol

Joe

Your good brother. Yeah Danny thought he remembered you too. He started as a BUD/S instructor in summer 1997. He does have an older brother who was a frog. He just started in this position as a the civilian contractor here. He took over for Chris Nicola (the youngest of the 3 Nicola brothers). He just finally retired. As for the site, when the programmer put all the stuff on he did a huge disaster with the cheesy pics and stuff. He did it just for organizational purposes, but then actually published it to the web without realizing it. I felt like a total idiot and that's why I didn't go high order back at you. It's being fixed and should be a little less ambiguous here real soon.

If you're ever in the area drop me a line and I'll buy you a beer and maybe you could attend one of our orientations. That way you can see that all of the Special Tactics taught are in relations to Fugitive Recovery and Investigations only. We really don't try and make people into Frogs or SF dudes, but we do have to get them prepared for taking on felons and other really bad dudes. This crap is tough with all of the stinking crime that's out there. I'm really sorry
for the mix up. Don't hesistate to cut and paste this if you feel like it. Be safe

Mr Baker,

Ever since 2006 NSW/NSO has had Mentor/Coordinators placed at each of the Recruiting Districts who became in charge of Selecting, Testing, and Training potential NSW/NSO candidates. It no longer became economically feasible to just send 1400 SEAL candidates to get the required 285 frogs. So CNRC and NSW put together our Program headed up by LCDR Tony Almon and SOCM Vic Lacause. Before the applicant leaves for Boot camp they are screened for the PST and Eye, Ears, ect. Then myself and SOCM (Ret) Danny Carroll (the civilian SEAL mentor) work our ass off to provide each pipleline SO/SB/ND/EOD/AIRR with candidates who have the best possible shot at making it. I am also attaching my eval which clearly states my position and my letter of designation as such. Plus a list of the Mentors/Coordinators around the Nation. Out of respect for the others, I strenuously ask that you DO NOT share these names with others. Its UNCLAS naturally, but its also not for just anybody to see.

Our company DOES NOT have any involvement with NSW/NSO selections. But in the Navy I do for my Recruiting District. The pictures on the site are merely placeholders used for organizational purpose while we process and upload pictures from our classes for new bounty hunters. The Black OPS academy is merely a brand name for teaching our new hires different tactics for being successful in the field of fugitive recovery. The site has been up less than 2 weeks so a little patience while we work with the finished product. Now, I feel I've furnished more than a, what did you call it "Poser", would. But as all Challenges go in the Navy, I would like your BUD/S class number, the year you graduated. The team you were at and the SDV team you were at. Did you know LT. Katzmerick? Not that I don't believe you but as the wall of shame goes for every 1 that's real 300 are not. You do have a San Diego area code that means it's possible, but it's also possible that you just know a bunch of Team Guys too. Either way, my best to you Brother and thanks for keeping your community pure if it is true.

Regards

Fugitive recovery is all well and good, but that is NOT how this company was promoting itself in the beginning. They may not, in fact, be posers... and for that maybe I owe them each a beer.

First you don't need to put tactical and combat in front of every class.
And B, when do bounty hunters tactical repel (as misspelled on the website), perform amphibious/riverine operations, and hang out in the desert with 203s? They need a 20 lb can of Bear Pepper Spray class like Dog the Bounty Hunter!
Though a Combat skydiving class might be in the works.
