I know that when Benchmade was making CQC7s (based off of the Emmerson design) that H&K put their logo on a few. It was the exact same knife, but with the H&K logo instead of the Benchmade butterfly. Since Benchmade is no longer making this model, they might be a bit costly and hard to find. I'm not sure if Emmerson continued this H&K logo model when they started producing thier own commercial knife models. Before they were custom only.
I've seen them at gunshows though and you might try the cuttlery shoppe online, although they are expensive. It you want it for a collectors piece, you might be willing to pay the cost. If you want it to use, get a regular Emmerson or Benchmade CQC7 if you can still find them. Hope this helps.
