I was tracking general principles while over in Iraq, but obviously not strictly measuring. I got good results with it.
When I got back I started actually measuring. I was maintaining performance, and my weight hovered right around 164lbs. Then I fell off the wagon and dislocated my shoulder….but that’s not important right now.
But now, I finally got down to actually crunching the numbers:
Female, 70"
170lbs, 30% BF (oops, I've been bad)
Figure an .8 activity factor and that tells me I should be taking in 96g of protein per day.
That's a "14block" diet.
96g Protein: 384Cal
126g Carbs : 504Cal
21g Fat : 189Cal
---------------------
= 1077Cal
Spooky low intake for those of us who grew up on the 'food pyramid'
