Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has any comments (good/bad/neutral) on the U.S. Divers Divator MKII full face mask. I don't have any experience with this particular rig, and so am looking for opinions.
Thanks in advance.

The Divator, also known as the AGA "Ahagaa":-) is produced by Interspiro. U.S Divers just has a deal to distribute it under their name. It can probably bought cheaper from other dealers like Divers Supply, unless you're in "Good" with a USD dealer. There are 3 versions. One is the civillian, yellow silicon, non pressurized version which is the least expensive. The second is a grey natural rubber, positive pressure model. The third is the same as above, but with grey silicon. The material difference is due to different reactions of the two materials with different contaminants, since these masks are "The" masks of their type used for hazardous enviroment diving. They all accept comms, OTS being a popular choice. The second stage is very high quality, similar to the Odin. Combined with the Poseidon 1st stage, it performs really well. The positive pressure feature can be turned on and off via a lever on the second stage. When on, if the seal is broken, the SS will free flow, preventing water from entering the mask, again a must for contaminated water. The SS hose routes over the LEFT shoulder. Price for the various models should run from $400-800. I never had a negatives with it. Add a bail out block for emergencies. Ocean Edge makes a less expensive mask that is pretty good.It does not come with the primary second but also accepts comms, as well as a second second stage. I've been outa the "biz" for a few years, so anyone feel free to correct or add.
