Is it just me or is the ADC becomming like the Gestapo?

It seems more and more like the ADC is becomming what the Gestapo was th Nazi Germany. I was surfing the net and found an older article in U/W magazine where the ADC was trying to make it mandatory for any golf course that utilizes a diver to recover golf balls out of water traps, to employ an entire team of divers, five to be exact, one diver, standby diver, tender, standby tender, and a supervisor for this operation.. I had to take the time and visit my favorite ADC Board member today and laugh in his face about this total absurdity. His only reply is that it is the goal of the ADC to get rid of any independant dive companies that dont wholly subscribe to their practices. Funny thing is that I am an independant diver/consultant, play by their rules, and still get the job done. His only answer was that us old timers know that a "Grey Area" exists and that is where the ball lies. Man talk about chasing your tail.....

They (ADC) want your coin. Just like a union, they want you to pay for there admin bullshit. Same thing with the DMT/ Chamber operator certs. The way of the independant is going away. Its all about money and they don't want you to have it.

Hey I know this has been going on for a while now, but the ADC is now issuing cards that state whether or not you have been to one of their approved schools. Hey didn't the do something of the same nature to the Jews in Nazi Germany, with the patches on their clothes that was the star of david?, lol just goes to support my theory....OK CLASS, EVERYONE TOGETHER NOW!!!!
