SOPC Special boots?

Anyone out there know any place in San Antonio that can do a "SOPC Special," on a pair of summer-weight boots?

Try looking up Mr. Clarks on Yadkin road in Fayetteville. He does a good job and is relatively inexpensive. I'm pretty sure he ships out boots. If all else fails send them to me and I'll square you away.
