CIOR & Best Ranger

1)Any of you studs know anything about CIOR, or compete in it? Was it worth it? Just wondering how it would compare to Best Ranger.
2) I've seen the list of this years best Ranger teams, has Canada entered any teams in the last few years? If so how did they do?

Probably the "slickest" competition/ex is the Swiss Raid Commando held in Switzerland every other year. Para, Delta, Seals, Force Recon, GSG-9, SF, JTF, plus regular & reserve forces from NATO. Search on "SRC", they had a good web site during the last run. We had a spot, but our unit wouldn't let us go.
