Does anybody know where I can find the scoring chart for the Cooper's Test online? I've tried all the Coopers Institute sites, no dice.

I can't find it either, but I do know the requirements to ace the test (100 points).

1.5 mile run is under 8 min 45 seconds

58 consecutive push-ups

58 sit-ups in 60 seconds

14 overhand pull-ups

bench press 110 kg or about 240 lbs

I don't know if this helps or if you know this already but I thought I'd post it anyway.

I think the most info I've seen on it is in the JTF section of specialoperations.com
Its a prety good test as far as I'm concerned. Although its not "politically correct" as it desciminates against fat slobs. Who at the rate we're going will overtake the CF soon.

Had a good laugh on the last ex. We were breaking camp on the last day, the Navy had already packed away the kitchen so they laid on coffee, DONUTS and PASTRIES for breakfast. Real gooey, sweet shit, dripping in inch thick icing. Me and another guy had wandered over to grab some coffe and there was 3 fat Navy pogues circling around that shit flapping their arms and screecthing like seagulls. "Hey Mr. Cooper, is that you?" my buddy says. Anyways enough slagging of the swabbies, I'm trying to figure my run time of 10:10 in points. Yeah, yeah I know, I've been slacking off this summer, but I promise to break 9:30 soon. Really. Or I'll join the Navy

The JTF has a 1-800 number. You can get this number from your orderly room (it's in CANFORGEN and is also published in the Maple Leaf all the time.) Call the recruiter and ask him to send you the package that sets out the scoring procedure for the Cooper's Test as well as a work up training guide. If you're really nice he'll even send you a nice glossy brochure.
