Man sent sex pictures of ex-girlfriend to her family – as Christmas cards

A Murfreesboro man was sentenced to two years of probation after he pleaded guilty Tuesday to distributing sexually explicit Christmas cards of his ex-girlfriend.

Simmons was accused of taking photographs of his ex-girlfriend, without her knowledge, that showed her performing sexual acts on him. After a nasty break-up, Simmons sent the picture to the woman’s relatives as Christmas cards, police said.

Some family members opened the card, while others were intercepted by the woman before they were opened, according to court files.

Absolutely stupid.
Maybe his girlfriend cheated... maybe her family was a bunch of assholes.

But if releasing pornagraphic images of her wasn't criminal enough...
... the moment he put those cards in the mail, it became a federal crime.

From the article, it looked like he only dealt with local courts.

If the ex-girlfriend really wants to get him back, she can advise the post office of what happened.

Just another example of why women should be weary of boyfriends who want pics. I know she didn't know that this particular shot was taken, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the first or last he took. Shame on him; shame on her (for being with an idiot).
