For those of you looking for info on JTF2 and access to newsgroups, there's an interesting discussion going on over at can.community.military about the unit by people who know.

Don't pay too much attention to information about JTF2 from other people. One of the guys hit it right on the head, everybody seems to know somebody in JTF, or have a story about them. But in reality, they don't even know the opeartor's name, or can prove that they are JTF.

The people who talk like they know something actually don't know anything. They just like to impress. The people who really know, are smart enough not to say anything at all.

These men rely on secrecy for their operations. I say just leave them be, instead of trying to dig up dirt on them.

Understood. I was amused by the anecdotes but was a little wary about the authenticity since I never hear anything like that, or anything concerning JTF2 out here.(read real world).

I guess opinions are like assholes and when you add an internet connection, who knows what waste will fall upon the ears (or eyes) of the unaware. Thanks for the heads-up.
