Okay my American brothers, listen up!
Since winter has arrived, I'd like to hear about all the best gucci winter kit people have. Since we all live in Igloos up here this is our area of expertise.

I'll contribute my own.

Winter hat: Muskrat fur type (way warmer than a toque, cammo and will not frost)

Winter clothes: Anything by SNUGPACK, man their stuff is better than MEC!

Winter Boots: Change the water absorbing wool liners in the Mukluks and replace with Sorrell Weber Malakhov expedition liners (if you can find them, actually if you can let me know).

hmm.. I live in BC. No snow. Winter here means more rain gear....
Personally, I've replaced glove liners with fleece loves, and replaced the toque with a fleece/semi-windproof toque. Also have a fleece... well, band thing. Like the thing skiers wear that goes around their heads but just covers their ears. Use that as a face/neck cover.
If I could find one, I'd defintely invest in a stealth suit/gortex shell and leave the gortex jacket at home.

A bastard in my section this summer had a stealth suit, it was on his clothing docs from No Such Unit.

Best winter kit is laminated porn.
