I'm still using the 1st gen of the G'Zone, it's a friggin brick, but indestructible. It's sailed all over, climbed moutains, been thrown, survived a machine shop, been frozen and overheated, dropped in sand... well, let's just say it's been loved in a not too gentle way, it's a tool and a good one.

I have one of the MIL SPEC Motorolas (Tundra) its not waterprrof, but water resistant, which is good for me as I sometimes take calls on the dive boat and my hands are dripping water (which fried other phones over the course of a few months. I'm with cingular. I have dropped one of my other phones in the water (salt water) and it was instantly fried, don't know how the tundra would hold up, but I'm not going to try it...
