I found some info on the Caymans in the dive forum, but I'm looking for some more general information. My wife planned a trip for this summer and we'll be staying at the Ritz on Grand Cayman.
We'll only be there for 5 days, so if anyone has experience with good restaurants, places to see, areas to avoid, etc., fire away. We'll have a car for at least one day.
As far as diving, I'd like to do some while I'm there - I've only done it once before. The other post I saw reccomended Eden Rock Dive Center - any others?
