Hi,
my Robar SR90's McM three-way-adjustable butt assembly is detaching from the stock
showing the white filling inside....
How can repair it ?
......with a strong glue ?
I e-mailed to McM but I did not get any answer from them.
Any good suggestion is appreciated.
Thanks.

Getting alittle rough with the equipment? I'd be afraid of gluing the stock back together.
Just because I know if I did it, the glue would run on the inside and my adj LOP would be permanent then.
I'd call McMillian, I'm sure they are buried in emails daily.

Hi Cut,
I see.
The fact is that I cannot ship the whole rifle back to McM from Italy.
I've to find the way to repair it here.
Thanks anyway for answering,ciao

GI, go to the nearest Marine Supply and get some Grey "Marine Tex" epoxy. Take the butt plate apart, screws out. Rough up the aluminum and fiberglass, clean with Acetone and then glue together. Fill the screw holes with the marine tex and let it set up. This is what McMillan would do.
