You got the gouge on what phase three is going to entail and when it's going on line?
Word on the streets is it's starting for the next class that grads.
It will entail small unit tactics, comms, air ops, coxswain, admin, and small arms. It basically should have a new tech showing up ready to rock (instead of ready to train!)
As far as I know it will start off in CA. but Eglin may be a better area due to the Ranger camp, CCT/PJ & TACP training at Hurlburt, and all the SOC air assets over there. I guess we'll see.
If they let the operators build it- It will rock!
Is the Airborne course at Benning part of the
pipeline for new Techs?
It's off again on again. There are issues to work out at the senior O levels. If you make it through the course, you will get jump school now that it's a pay issue.
BMF, keep me appraised on the state of the phase three planning. I hope they let you guys put it together instead of some O with a copy of Rouge Warrior and an ORM matrix.

Yah, I too hope THEY let US put it together. As of right now it is scheduled to last 4 weeks. I guess it'll be in the trial phase for a while, but everyone I talk too agrees that the potential is there for an outstanding addition to the course.
Jump school is in the pipeline-whenever the Army gives us the quotas.
Here's another interesting fact- they are doing another "trial" - sending officers through EOD diver (with their enlisted team mates) vice BDO. The first class to do so just got on board and I can say the teamwork is outstanding. Not sure if this is the way of the future or a one time deal. Again, all the whitehats think it's an outstanding idea.
Sweat together- Bond together
