The shit has changed so much I don't even know. I would email the EOD detailer for the real deal. Doesn't really matter as the scores should be WELL higher than the minimums.
GM is my rate (and I know jack shit about).

I checked my source and this is what I had for the latest. I put minimums and what you shoud aim for in ( ).
swim 14:00(10:00 or less)
push ups 42 (90+)
sit ups 50 (90+)
pull ups 6 (15+)
run 12:45 (10:00 or less)
Now that may be a bit confussing. The minimum scores are pretty low. Some things were lowered with the idea that we could get more candidates in to thte program and THEN build them up.
Why do I have the goals so high? It is been my experience that guys who can post scores at that level have the best chance of finishing the schools. It is PT insuarance.
Also that is about the average scores of my ENTIRE graduating class from dive school.
On a side note, the military (and EOD) has been hurting for people for like 5 years now. There has been so much effort on getting people in many things were relaxed (asvab scores, pt scores). The moment our numbers raise back up I expect our criteria to tighten up as well. This is directly related to the current status of the US economy (IMHO). Well guess what? The economy has slowed quite a bit and the Army has already met its recruiting goals for the year in Sept. Catch my drift? The winds of change may soon be on the horizon.
