I need to outfit my team with non-standard military issue battlefield comms setups, IE: ICOMS, etc... with under helmet headsets with boom mics. I have a fairly large budget for this project and am open to suggestions of things that can be procured in under 30 days. Thanks for the help.

I assume you're GTG on the importance of secure comms; when I see ICOM I understand it to be the 3000M-style we had in the Corps.

Had a lot of good luck with the guys at TEA. Just got a big shipment in from them a couple of weeks ago...
