Prior Service

Hello everyone. I just wanted to see in anyone could shed some light on the diffuculty of getting a SEAl Contract being prior service. I am still on AD with less than a year left on my current contract with the Air Force. If anybody has been through the process of enlisting being prior service any advice or direction would be appreciated.
