(for about the past two years) using the name: COLE AMERICANHORSE.

claims to be a SEAL; Nam era I believe. 100%nuts...

can anyone verify his claim?

It may be naive of me to ask, but: Who in their right mind would claim to be something as rare and verifiable as a SEAL? Also who in their right mind would want to be embarrassed when uncovered?
