Eggs, bacon, avocado for breakfast (usually around noon).

Dark chocolate and cheese mid-afternoon.

Chicken (rotisserie), olive oil, mayo, pesto (red or green), avocado for dinner.

Keto friendly and relative cheap. I can eat the same thing every single day and not be bothered by it, so I pretty much do.
