Rangers Everywhere

Picture thread... Put 'em up here

Rangers are pretty much everywhere you turn around anymore... just look

ETA: I cheated a bit, because you'd likely expect to see a Ranger in this particular setting, but hey, I'm at work and at least I'm starting a new thread!

Hey, I lived in Tillicum while at 2n. Had some hellacious parties when we were in garrison. Neighbors never called the police. Had to go out and search the yard for missing Rangers when a head count came up short when the guys got back to the barracks. Have a hella funny story for some other time, had to drive out to the 7-11 to 'rescue' Merced from Rowsen after he backed his car, (I think it was a Challenger or Cuda) into a pole.

Had a WWII vet living directly across the street. He'd come over in the mornings, conversation typically went "You men had a hell-of-a-row last night." "Yes Sir, I'm sorry if we disturbed you." "No problem, you men deserve it."

Hold on, now. I used to live in Tillicum. The little house behind Bill's Boat House.

If by "strange," you mean "only served breakfast and lunch foods at breakfast and lunch time, and did not serve booze or stay open late," well, yes, a strange bar.

In the mid 70s it was a bar that served beer, wine, mixed drinks and I guess served food.

I see...it's been a breakfast/ lunch diner since at least the mid-80s. Still open, but not for long. Getting displaced by highway and train track expansion project.
