5 mile run in 39:42..Max HR of 196 and an average of 182.

Tuesday

Gymnastic Rings/Static day

1 minute of front holds, 1 minute of L sit supports, 1 minute of back holds, 1 minute of German hangs, 1 minute of frog stands, 1 minute of hand stands (wall for support)

I'm doing 4 sets @ 15 seconds per hold for the above...probably gonna remain at that time for a couple more months.

1 minute frog stands (3 of 20 seconds)
1 minute head stands (3 of 20 seconds)
1 minute L sit hold (4 of 15 seconds, on floor)
2 mile run at end in 15:08

2.65 mile run in 19:23...pushing the jogging stroller...miserable...daughter loved it though!

Just bought some FitDeck cards and a timer for tabata workouts. Arriving in 2-5 days.
