Active shooter in S.Carolina

4 officers wounding, 1 dead. Looks like only cops.

Update: serving a warrant and suspect opened up. Not what I would consider and active shooter scenario.

Numbers of officers hit is between 5-7 depending on the new article. 1 is confirmed dead.

That sucks. Must have been a pretty serious shootout. Hope the wounded make it thru OK.

One dude with a rifle(my assumption) and properly motivated can do some damage. Sounds as if only LE was hit...which sucks but better than the public. RIP to Officer Carraway and a speedy recovery to those wounded. Carraway sounds like a stud. Bad fucking day.

Sad day for all. Shooter was a Vet who did Marksman events.

RIP Officer Carraway, and prayers for a full recovery to the wounded. May the shooter's flesh be violently licked by the flames of eternal damnation.

Very sad day here in SC. Shooter was 74 Vietnam Vet ex lawyer. Neighbor said he was 300 yds away. And the warrant was for his 20 something relative in the house who allegedly sexually assaulted a minor who was a foster child in the home.
The 74 year was apparently a real nice guy, helping kids in the city who had rough lives..
I think there is a whole bunch more going to be revealed soon.
RIP to the officer and a speedy recovery to the wounded officers.

RIP. Wishes for full recovery to wounded survivors.

Based on some of the information posted above if true, WTH would have driven the shooter to his response?
