Pro-mask pushups, burpees and sprints mixed with range drills, then a trip through the o-course. Will do a 45 min swim later.

yes,first time to use it on my Iphone.you can set it up different ways,too.sweated heavy too.nothing like a full body workout.phil black,inventor,is a former SEAL.

Gotcha, thanks. I haven't been including my 3 sets of pull-ups in my time, mainly b/c my pull-ups bar is a 1/2 mile away from where I usually do the SC.

Also, I usually rest about 2min b/tween pull-up sets.

I'm thinking I need to seriously step up my game.

Today was 5 mile run in 41:03

SC(sans pull-ups) 18:27

3 max sets pull-ups(2min rest b/tween sets) 13,11,8

8 hours on the suspension trainer...

Signed up for a Suspension Trainer Course today and got a lot of very useful information from it. Should really expand my use of the thing.

Sure I'll be smoked tomorrow.

Got done doing the old just pushup, situp, run workouts and have started Mark Lauren's Bible of Bodyweight Exercises workout.

Week 2 Day 1 Ladders Continued (7.5 minutes per exercise type with 5sec/# of reps rest between steps on the ladder)
Pushups on 3 chairs (1 under each hand and 1 under feet)
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1=64 (done with 2 second hold at bottom of pushup)
Let Me Ups (using dining table)
1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1,2,3,2,1,2,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1, 1,1,1=58
Military Press
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,2,3,4,3,2,1=64

I have to count rests myself until I get a new timer. I know it's not what many here can do but it's just week 2 and it'll only get better.

AM: Handstand Push Ups and Knees to Elbows, followed by pistol dry fire.

PM: Heavy Shrugs and Suspension Circuit.

One of our Firefighters was going through the 'Insanity' program DVD at the same time this evening. That stuff looks interesting.

Treadmill: 10 min/2.25km/2.0 elevation
Bike: 10 min/5.44km/varying level of difficulty (13-15)....
