Is the recruitment department still lying about rotations and tax exempt status?

Yo Kelly1966

I am an EODT alumni, one of many on this site. My observation on this matter is as follows: If your phone does not ring, it is probably the EODT recruiter offering you a job.

So, then you know what I'm talking about? I did work for them as well. Cheap, dishonest by far the worst contracting company I've ever worked for. Crap 59 day rotations, cheap every chance they get, everything else not so bad.

You're obviously not too good at not so subtle hints. The guy who gave you that not so subtle FIRST hint, well this is HIS house. We're all guests...

Kelly 1966, nice napalm strike on what was left of the bridge you already burned with EODT. BFO, EODT is not the only company that has recruiters on this site. Collateral damage can be a real thing in this job market.

A couple of things to consider...

Janus in 2020 is a very different company than EODT of say 2012... completely different group of people at both the executive and middle management level... in fact I can only think of 1 executive at Janus today that was there 5 years ago...

EODT/Sterling of around 2012 is a very different company than the EODT of 2007... again a very different leadership team, different set of contracts, etc

And the EODT of 2007 looked nothing at all like the EODT of 2003...

So... generalizing.. well... is stupid...

And when you consider that not only are there recruiters that frequent this site from several companies that you really don’t want to be overtly stupid around... but more importantly there are numerous former EODT managers that represent that company from at least 2004-2016 that I’m aware of.. that no longer work there but now work at other firms in the defense services industry... well.. not only is overt stupidity an issue.. but a complete lack of situational awareness is in play as well...

But.. feel free to keep ranting if you think it serves you well...

For the record, I found Sterling to be fair, and reliable to have my check in the bank on time, every time.

180 day rotations, decent living conditions, and kept EVERY promise they made.

Were there some assholes? Yep, you'll find them every where just like life in general.

Thanks.

Out of the 110 different types of brussel sprouts, it should be obvious to even the casual brussel enthusiast that Kryptus are the worst.

I worked for EODT back in the day... They had a job for me at a time when I really needed one, and rolled me into another gig when the contract I was on got awarded to another company - I really couldn't have asked for more.
